Patient Participation Group

Join our PPG as either an active or virtual member

Our small patient group is what we call our critical eye.  They help us with a variety of practice projects and work as our advisories when we are looking to introduce new services.  They help us to obtain patient feedback and give us their views on how the practice is doing and how we can improve

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.

If you would like to help us with this, we would love you to join our group.

For further information on this, please contact Mary, our Patient Group chair.  You can leave her a message in the PPG post box which is situated in our patient waiting area or you can email her at: howardstreetppg@hotmail.com

You can also register as a virtual patient representative so that you can have your say. We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.

We welcome patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long-term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.

If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link opposite to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.
